Cousin comes to town

Our good cousin Dawn made the trek from frozen Grand Blanc, Michigan, to the tropical climes of Churchill Road.

Above, we see Dawn with little Bonnie and Ginger in front of Cheri's lovely new bougainvillea and trellis.

Dawn arrived on Thursday - in time for the first of two trips to the Dixie Bar and Grill.

On Friday, we headed to the surprisingly gorgeous and teeming with wildlife Wakodahatchee nature preserve west of Boynton Beach. We saw ducks, wading birds, baby birds and a marsh rabbit in the springtime morning.

She left on Sunday - too soon! But in between she saw everything from the mansions of Palm Beach to the bargains at World Thrift.

We can't wait for her to come back - and bring Bill!!
