Bad news in the neighborhood

This news came this week from the West Palm Beach Police:

On Monday Oct 1 at 7:33 am Officers responded to an armed home invasion at 525 Churchill Road.
Three suspects approached the residence, shot out the rear glass sliding door, then barged into the residence.
An adult male and female were home.
The suspects, wearing ski masks, demanded money the victims had been saving in the house. Initially uncooperative the male victim was made to lay on the floor and then shot once. The female was scalded with hot water she had been boiling to make coffee.
The male told the suspects where the cash was.
Suspects took the cash (unk amount) then fled in a newer model white pickup truck, northbound on Norton.
Investigation continues.
