Carolyn's sister Cheri is moving ahead with the purchase of Elmer's place at 346 Churchill Road.

They close in early November.

Cheri has had her eye on the lovely 2/1 for years now. And was thrilled when she was able to reach an agreement with Elmer, who is moving north to be closer to family.

We're delighted to have another Churchillian fan in the neighborhood!!
